Seasoned content creator seeks talented, hungry, and experienced comic artist or team for a webtoon project.
This is an international series that will be pitched and published on a leading webtoons platform (LINE or Lezhin). I have worked with a publisher in this league and presently partnering them to develop new titles.
This title spans three genres: fantasy, sci-fi, and real-life. The artist or team needs to take on the entire range of work including character design, penciling, inking, colours, and lettering (as is the norm in comics from East Asia). I am seeking someone who can draw in an East-West hybrid style (like the Avatar cartoon series).
Rate is negotiable on a per-episode basis. The project will span at least 24 episodes.
Requirements:
-You MUST be familiar with the style, format, and pacing of webtoons.
-You MUST have experience making comics for published projects and understand the demands of professional-level work.
-You are familiar with character and world designs for fantasy, sci-fi, and real-life.
-You are able to produce high-quality work at the fast pace demanded of webtoons (about 70 panels in 2 weeks).
-Please be based in Singapore and available to meet occasionally to discuss the project.
