We have site that is currently producing 60k a month visitors and 40k a month in new visitors. used to be free. now we are implementing a fee system per posting and/or membership fee. we are a classified ad for commercial trucks, trailers and constructions equipment. we have big competitors. but we have a niche and very strong traffic for the industry. We have been operating free classified for 3 yrs and have seen from 30k month to 60K avg visitors. We now need to monetize the site. i am looking for a strong relationship i can flourish with. not one time joe blow. I will not work with individuals unless their background is stellar.
Your job is to market our database of emails and promoting our websites. Part you will redo the web content to attract and retain more users. we want more sellers, private sellers, big sellers to start selling. buy and sell banners, text links and graphics promoting the site. to entice sellers to sell here b/c its cheap compare to our competitors... marketing...branding. % of the revenue can be yours us residual. You will manage all if we get to that point.
We will allocate % of rev towards marketing, maintenance and upgrade.
this is part of doing blitz press release, blogs, link exchange etc,
incorporate the adsense to our website to maximize revenue etc...
