amazon listing ranking

I need my Amazon products to rank on the first position with a bunch of given keywords. The main AIM is to increase sales.

We have our own branded products which are already sell okay. There are around 30 products in our storefront that needs to be better ranking for both sales and keywords. You are required to rank the products on the first page with all relevant keywords. You have to do keyword reaserch for us and optimise the title , bullet points and the description (and images if they are unfit) . We need our products to rank on the first page of Amazon search for both short tail and long tail keywords.
You may be required to edit the the keywords field etc.
All in all we need to get our products on the first page for keywords so that it gain SALES.
The applicant MUST be aware of amazon policies , they are just too strict with suspicious accounts.
We are very much concern about the IP addresses used so you may have to work via an Indian VPS or via TeamViewer to access the account from our computer. I would like to know the strategy before we start as I cannot risk loosing the seller account.

We also have an Ebay account that needs optimization in listings and promoting the listings to drive sales. There are about 300 active items in our Ebay store and we want 30 of those to be perfectly optimized and promoted.

We are open to suggestions and new Ideas.
