We are looking for an experienced Freelance SEO Specialist to work part-time, and on a project-to-project basis. === SEO Specialist Role:

Think Around Corners (TAC) is in need of a knowledgeable Freelance SEO Specialist for these tasks:

=== AUDIT/ANALYSIS/STRATEGY: Examination of current SEO campaigns, as well as new SEO opportunities.

--- Good-Great Keyword Research capabilities - that guide our content strategies

--- SEO audit of entire website for keyword relevance and alignment (as well as past historical success)

--- Examine current SEO campaigns - traffic, engagement, conversion

--- Discover new SEO opportunities and build into campaigns

--- Local SEO Analysis and Strategy

--- Identify opportunities for content outreach

--- Competitor research for winning SEO strategies or Articles

--- Solid understanding of Information Architecture of websites

--- Working knowledge of many SEO programs (Ahrefs, SpyFu, SEMRush, etc.)

--- Backlink Analysis

=== SETUP + CUSTOMIZATION: Setup of SEO across all platforms, kickstart of content, and setup of analytics tracking.

--- On-Site optimization of existing pages, including metadata and inline keywords

--- Integrate Local SEO / Google Places, plus refining of local Citations

--- Implement/Strategize proper schema tags for enhanced search visibility, if possible

--- Backlinks research and strategy: Identify link opportunities within social, search, and beyond.

=== MANAGEMENT/TESTING/REPORTING: Continual testing and reporting of SEO data, as well as ongoing suggestions on future search campaigns.

--- Ongoing on-site/content optimization of existing pages, including metadata and inline keywords

--- Overseeing of any Content Marketing Strategy implemented

--- Placing of SEO content (like articles)

--- Be involved in client meetings (as a support role)

--- Potential training of clients on content marketing

--- Ongoing Link Building

=== SEO ANALYTICS AND REPORTING: The ever-important need to understand the past efforts of the team.

--- Reporting on SEO Strategy (one-time/client)

--- Ranking Reports (to demonstrate SEO success)

--- Reporting on ongoing performance (EOW and EOM) both successes and failures

--- Ongoing and continual tracking and testing of current SEO initiatives and Campaigns (and ROI)

--- Understand how SEM is visualized in Google Analytics (GA)

--- Understanding modern demographics, psychographics, geograpics, and behavioral segmentation

=== SOFT SKILLS (important!)

--- Project estimation skills and accountability

--- Everyone says it, but you must be a great - not good - communicator - you will have client face-time

--- A bit of training on the job can be compensated for, but you must be willing to learn -- and there is a lot to learn.

=== BONUS SKILLS:

--- AdWords competent!!!!!

--- Good writing skills; could write for clients

--- WordPress Editing and basic module installs

--- How to do SEO for Magento (the Ecommerce platform)

--- Google Analytics (we'll make you an expert!)

Pay is on a per-project basis. A future part-time or even a full-time position is a possibility. We're looking for smarts and ambition to add to our team. Workload at this time will *probably* range in the 10-40 hours/month - perfect for a Freelancer trying to find stable and intriguing work!
