I need some help with internet marketing. I'm starting an internet marketing company as I have a large client who needs the services.
The client sells bespoke military-grade aeroplane hoses for aircraft. The company offline turnover currently exceeds 5M USD and there is huge potential for the online side of the business as its current ranking is very low. I'm looking for international SEO/PPC/SMM for this website including advanced targeting and retargeting. I'm looking for a freelancer who can deliver 35-50 hours per week to this project on an ongoing basis, however I have very low capital - therefore I can only afford around 250-300 USD per week. My company earnings would be commission based, and so I would offer a result-based commission to the freelancer which could be agreed upon.
The PPC budget would be 15K USD per month and be financed by the client.
