Job Title

JavaFX 2 / Java EE Developer - 6 to 12 month contract role

Description

Anahata is looking for a senior Java developer with 7+ years commercial experience to develop a JavaFX / Java EE client / server application. Working in a small team using an agile methodology, the applicant must be able to demonstrate great communication skills and appropriate experience in required technologies.

The successful applicant will be working from home or his/her preferred work location and will be part of a development team based in Australia. Standard working hours would be 07:30 to 16:30 IST with a one hour lunch break.

The successful applicant will require it’s own workstation and a broadband internet connection. Teamviewer will be required to be active for a supervisor to log in without prompt or confirmation during standard working hours.

Communication will be performed over Skype, Google Hangout or phone.

Anahata is a growing company and is looking for long term relationships with overseas software developers. The expectation for the successful applicant is to progress to Team Lead and manage a team of developers working at remote locations.

The rates offered for this role are 800 INR - 1,100 INR / per hour negotiable depending on experience. Expenses negotiable.
