You are required
make a java program (standalone running java server) to get the message queue from tuya

And handle the received message and write or update to a mysql database. (update like counter+1, etc ...)
You need have good skill with Java and Pulsar to take this project.
You need work parallels with 2 team of people to make this program work
1. Hardware team, their will make the hardware connect with tuya and send the signal via
tuya message queue to your java program.
2. Backend dashboard team(PHP), it will base on your database make a dashboard.
or send alert to admin.
