hello,

We need a project for Neuron Classification in imageprocessing. A plugin must be developed,which segments a neuron from 3D image and calculating volume and surface area for that neuron. And this project must be done for imagej not for matlab. I have attached a file below which gives u some detailed description about our project. 5(a) is our project in that file which is from 37 to 40 pages.
