93669 Logo on Media Stream

I have a website, where once in a while we do live stream, i wana put my logo on live stream, with an option to put logo or text anywhere on the player, remember its live stream not stream from file, i don't know which language to use, i had someone done this before in javascript, but i had a computer crash and i lost everything, even his contact, so wana re do it again.
