Web Animation (No Flash)

I am seeking someone who is highly skilled in JavaScript, HTML5, Canvas, SVG, and WebGL.

Take a look at the attached image to understand what graphic you would be working with to understand what I am looking for...

1. The girl has to be turned into an HTML5-style animation. No flash. The idea is that she will be super large to fit the screen almost and when the website is loaded, she will run across the screen from left to right real quick with her dress and hair of course going with the wind. As she passes, the words of the logo then become the opposite colour of the girl as she goes over it (hope you understand what I mean). The girl will then stop at the bottom right of the screen and pause permanently with her dress waving ever so gently along with her hair continuously.

2. This will only work on up-to-date browsers, such as Chrome, IE9, Firefox, Safari, and other browsers like Safari on the iPhone, iPad, and iPod as well as IE on Windows Phone, or Chrome for iPhone/Android.

3. There will be 3 colour tones you will have to work with and be able to make it changeable by the user to the following (this means either the background of the website is this colour and the girl/text becomes is the other colour):

- black/red

- white/black

- white/red

5. Budget for this animation is $100. Demos are welcomed/encouraged and will assist me in seeing if you are capable of doing what I am looking for (you don't have to use my graphic to show me what I am looking for in a demo).
