Add new features to an already developed NodeBB plugin

The script is an open-source RSS Feed Posting script for NodeBB.

New features:

1. Customize the script to include the "category term" IDs in RSS as Topic Tags when it posts.

Example RSS entry: <category term="Dallas Cowboys"/>

2. Instead of posting each entry as a new topic, which it already does, I would like to have an option to post the first entry in the RSS feed as a topic and then post the rest of the entries in that RSS feed as replies.
