javascript jqGrid mods

I want a javascript genius to modify jqGrid at - [url removed, login to view]

Here is the behaviour I require;

1. First check the demo here - [url removed, login to view]

2. Go to Frozen Columns / Group Header

3. Group Header with Colspan

This demo is exactly as I want it, except I also want it to work with the plugins found at;

1. Go to New in version 3.6

2. Column Reordering and Column Chooser

I would like both of these plugins working with the group Header with Colspan example. Clearly we cannot reorder all columns as this would screw up the data so I want it to only reorder using the header (ie reorder using date, client, price, shipping, notes). If reordering a 'header' then this will take the columns associated with it too. ie reorder Price and will also move amount, tax and total. The Column chooser should use the same logic too.
