I am needing to establish an API connection with the Quickbooks Online via their new API so I can access accounting information and do credit card charges using their Payment API. The expertise I need is someone to write code, running on a windows machine in VB.NET, to establish that connection which using oAuth, and once connection, perform at least 2 test transactions. For the budgeted price it would be best if you have done Quickbooks API before.
