Is there a way to pass the name of the person who clicks a link posted on a news feed?

Example:

I put the following message in my wall

"Hey guys, awesome restaurant if you're into seafood...

[url removed, login to view]

My friend John sees it on his wall... and clicks the link.

Is there was way to pass John's name so my-tracking-system can capture the name?

Does facebook allow dynamics URLs? If so what are the variables and how to use them?

Normally, you can pass variables using a link like:

[url removed, login to view]{friend} etc...
