Set up a new hosting server

We are building a video based website and are expecting a high amount of memory to be used by our customers due to the size of our videos. Due to this we would require to set up our own web hosting server. We already have the computer machines and would require someone who is experienced to set up all the required softwares remotely and help us to host the video website without any issues. We would require the videos to run smoothly with very less upload time.
The right candidate should be able to upload the following softwares in our machines and help us to host the server smoothly. Should know how to install an OpenSSH server. This allows us to administer the server from remote computers.
A LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL, and PHP) stack is going to be installed. Also should know how to install a firewall to protect the server from unauthorized access.
We also have other simple websites, hence we would require assitance on how to host them in our server as well.
