Teach me how to go about with Wifi Hotspot solution

I am going to develop a web application, call it "App X".
User will register an account in App X.
When the user visit my office, they are allow to use my office wifi hotspot with App X account.
I need someone to guide me how to go about doing this and help me with setup such as (Radius).
The hardware I am using is [login to view URL]
I do not want to use the built-in AAA because I only allow App X member to login with their App X account.
