I work as a body awareness coach and haveI recently upgraded to a paid mailchimp account of 2.000 subscribers. I seek help in "tidying" up the list and improve its function. I am looking for someone who can also help me become more familiar with aspects like segmenting, creating sign up forms and automations. Also, my opening rates have gone done and my bounce rates have gone up, so I need help figuring out why that is and what to do about it.
In a few words, I am hoping to find a professional who can help me improve the current list and become more proficient in using all sources available by a mailchimp paid account.
