• Main point of contact for various social events for the organizers.
• Formulate sponsorship proposals and ensure sponsorship requirements are met. Coordinate with various sponsor’s for sponsoring the event and selling exhibition space
• Formulating promotion strategies to maximise event impact
• Ensure communication meeting occur and are accompanied by documentation
• Manage temporary staff, train and utilise their services to promote events
• Onsite Management of operations and closely monitor operations team on their performance management
