I have created a single splash page to sit in front of my client's Wordpress website. The wp site looks great and works on mobile and browsers. I want the html page with single image (with two links as image maps or sliced image) to work and resize depending on browser or mobile.

Urgently required, so Iappreciate a quick turnaround.

It can be made as html or php - whatever works
