Write an Simple Android application (Messaging)

I would like a Whatsapp syndication service that will forward Whatsapp messages to a phone of the user's choosing via SMS.

The idea behind this app is that the user will plug his or her phone into a wall outlet and leave it at home, taking a cheaper handset away or out with them to high-risk events like festivals or concerts, where the chances of phone theft or loss are high. The app should include setup screens for the destination number (one destination will suffice), with an upgrade to premium mode described below. There should also be a summary screen showing if the forwarding is "active" and a summary of messages to be forwarded. Picture/Multimedia/Voice messages can be disregarded.

Long messages (that is, that would be more than the SMS character limit) should be split into up to 4 SMS messages (forming a "Concatenated SMS") - this option can be turned off in the settings

There should be a free mode, where the user can choose individual chats and ONE group chat to synidcate, and a premium (buyable) mode which includes all conversations the user is involved with. The freelancer should do the following:

-Create specification and design for my review

-When the design is agreed, I will choose the best bid.

-Write and test the software

-Supply me with the software and source code, the IP of which will be transferred to myself.
