Our client requires a mobile application developed on iPad and iPhone
The app would be a simple app that allows our sales team to log in and fill out a sales form.
The data from the sales form would then be sent via email in csv format so it can be uploaded to our system.

Sales agent logs into app.
Next page has a form to fill out including a mix of drop down fields, text/numeric fields and tick boxes. There will also be an option for the sales agent to be able to record a voice conversation on this page.
Once the above page has been filled out, the next page will display a summary page of the information created from the previous page. If all info is correct the sales agent will click send and the info will be emailed to our team and himself as a csv file. If the info needs changing the agent can push the back button and go and edit the form.
