Create a Mobile Website For [login to view URL]

The website already exists at customizablebabygift.com. I need a mobile version of the site (not a site that just scales the current site smaller, that is still a desktop version). I have a preview of what I would like the mobile site to look like if that will help.
The current code is not that well done (most of it uses position: absolute). So you will have to be an expert at CSS. I would like to see the site to look like the screen shot I have submitted. It should be simple but, time consuming. I have already paid another developer to make it responsive but, my client doesn't like that it looks just like the desktop version but smaller.
It must be finished ASAP! The client has been waiting too long for this project to be finished.
