Create a custom Android smart TV OS, which does the following:

1. The OS auto launch specific App (my app) immediately after start.

2. All default apps are uninstalled and installing apps is not allowed beside my app.

3. My app will have full access to device resources, Wifi, Bluetooth, storage etc ...

4. My app can set Wifi credentials and connect.

5. Exiting/closing my app after launching (on start) is not allowed.
