a. Fully customized feature rich Mobile Softphone (SIP) dialer based on iphone, Android, and PC Windows platforms with VPN/tunneling support to work in countries where SIP or VOIP is blocked.

c. Following features must be available in the dialer:
Making & Receiving VoIP Calls Over 3G,4G, WiFi, GPRS.
-Video calling
-Voice calling
-Messaging
-Filesharing
