Split Tunnelling for VPN on Android

We have an android app which connects your mobile device to our secure cloud through a VPN(openVPN on android). As of now, all the traffic is routed through the cloud and we would like to implement split tunneling.

The idea is to:

1) Streaming services should reach to internet directly and should not routed through the cloud.

2) A user can select(de-select) app which he wants to send through our cloud and which he wants to access directly without our VPN.

Backend is written on python (Django Framework)
