Write an Android application

We need an android mobile app with following features :

1. Download and register with Valid Mobile Number

2. OTP to registered mobile number. After validation, proceed to store registration.

3. In store registration, need to capture if the mobile owner is at store (lat & long)

4. Complete store registration with store pics.

5. Move on to dash board

6. Add customers (Tiny CRM)

7. Add Suppliers ( store suppliers just basic info)

8. Can view orders from customers and complete the order.

9. Store settings by default.

We completed web services and sms integration. We are currently looking for android developer experience in one signal notifications and we need a custom sound to be triggered when a new order comes. Grouping and alerts can be done from one signal.

We have screens designed, but need your skills in designing with good looking fonts and responsive layout. We need the app to be working in all Android devices (mobile / tablets of all sizes)

Looking for android expert. Time line is 1 week.

Payment terms : 25% after screens /layout finalization

25% after store setup and order screens

25% after supplier and customer management

25% after final testing

There are totally 12 screens in the existing developed applicatuon. The file size is 6 MB. We need to slim the app little more and need to use thin database for storing customer and orders when there is no internet. The app should be working good in 2G speed. It's mandatory. Need to send / receive images in 2G as well.
