Write a youtube downloader android application

Hello There
So the app should basically contain these features :
- Downlaoding from Youtube - vimeo.
- it should have 2 tabs (menus) to choose wither searching from [login to view URL] Or from Vimeo.com.
- Searching for videos ==> the results should be the same as in [login to view URL] (Video thumbnail and title).
- the download should have a dropdown menu or something to choose what to download : flv, mp4 or mp3 (only the sound).
- when downloading it will be saved in the folder of the device.
- a progress bar or something to tell the user what's the downloading status is (pourcentage%)
- type hyti on your bidding msg, bid will be ignored if not (to avoid blind bidding).
- a download log should be available so the user can watch or listen to downloads.
- a tab with others apps that we already have.
- a share button for facebook twitter email to share the app.
- Push notification service
- Google analytics
- Admob ads (Interstitial and banners)
- A more apps/games button for chartboost network.
