DB copies and Data Scrape to synchronise two sites

• Copy a News feed from Live Site (A) to development sites B and C
• Make Back up of my live site and my two development sites.
• Data scrape products and categories from 3rd party website (X) and use data from those products (product name, description, full description, image, price, category...) to then import into temp location into both of my development sites B and C.
• Now DB copy all products, prices, categories, images from Live site A to development sites B and C to get their products up to date
• It should be noted that Sites B and C are running on different versions of Joomla and Virtuemart
• I will then make some manual changes make manual changes to products on both development site B and C (7 days)
• Site B and C will then need to be made live
• A copy of site B and C will be made and placed in temporary location for use as development sites
I would also need to know if the scrape will result in any data that will show the resultant items as having been scraped from the 3rd party site.
Obviously a suitable back up will need to be taken of both current live websites before any work starts so we have something to go back to if it all goes wrong
