We have deployed an RT Tracker 4.2 Server for managing our ServiceDesk/HelpDesk portal. I need someone who is well versed in Linux (Ubuntu) to be able to configure email handling as per RT Guidelines and documentation. This will enable tickets to be handled by the RT server and turn them into ACTUAL TICKETS within the system. SSH access will be provided to the host server to complete the project. All work can be done remotely. If project is completed in a timely and effective manner, there will be several other requests stemming from this project.
