I need a Win-10 based standalone application that will:
1. Take a gateway and netmask from either a command-line call of the application or an initial dialog box (dialog box shown if app is not invoked with gateway and netmask values)
2. Settings for LAN NIC will be set to the received GW/NM values
3. LAN NIC needs to be bridged with WAN NIC to allow the machine this is running on to act as a router
4. Application will prompt user to "Connect all customer equipment", and display a scan button.
5. When scan button clicked, application will then run ping test of all addresses on the subnet
6. Ping results will be displayed, including:
- IP address
- MAC address
- Manufacturer is pulled from a text file where first 6 digits of MAC are matched with a name

I can do it in PowerShell, I do not think it has more complications. The entire code is documented so that you can easily see the case.
