Photobooth or Mac Camera software

I apologize that this is going to be a vague project spec, but I know so little about this kind of solution that I am unable to be more specific. Here's what the software should do:

- Every 1 minute, take a photo through the Mac's built-in camera, or an external camera, without flash or any human intervention

- Immediately grab the photo and upload a jpeg to a remote server

- The filename can be anything (a timestamp would work great) but it must have a user-configurable prefix.

- The destination server should also be user configurable.

I suppose this could be done through PhotoBooth, or a web browser, or a standalone app. We have no preference about how it is achieved.

This is not malware. We are using it to create a low-bandwidth, always-updated display screen of our distributed ecommerce team so we can tell who is on the phone or away from their desk. :)
