odoo community email setup and delivery issues fixing

1- Emails Setup:

A- The application doesn’t make any user invitation and email setup problems happened we need the below:

- For inviting new user: admin email

- For application Notifications like (reminders, new call, assigned task by managers,,,,etc) to be sent from followup email

- For marketing emails, it must be sent from: marketing email

- For digest emails: reporting email

B- We need to track the marketing emails sent.

mainly we need to set every email to send the emails from the application. (application email - marketing email - followup email - reporting email ...etc)
