Shipping in osCommerce:
Currently, I have a UPS module installed. But the price it quotes on my website doesn't match what the actual shipping cost is. The boxes used and weight is right though. My guess is that the UPS module isn't actually reflecting the prices of my UPS account. I need someone to properly configure it.
I need to have FedEX and USPS (New API from 1-26-2014 release) installed on my website.
We use UPS mostly for ground and FedEX for expedited shipping (1 day, 2 day, etc). USPS for first class / priority. I also would like international buyers to be able to checkout.
Tweaks to free shipping:
I want to disable free shipping at checkout for customers in Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Alaska and for shipments weighing over 5 lbs.
My website is run on on the 2.3 release. Budget for this project is $100-$150. Please be sure to write "st" in front of your bid response otherwise, I will not shortlist you.
