We are a team of issue interception specialists assisting European and North American NGOs that are preparing to extend technical and financial assistance to both Moslem and Christian communities affected by politico-religious upheaval in Marawi City, in southern Philippines.
The team is looking for five men and five women who would undertake an on-the-ground survey of the socioeconomic and political situation in the city. A questionnaire targeting respondents by age, occupation, educational attainment, and religious beliefs, will be provided. We wish to complete the recruitment, briefing and training for the successful applicants in two weeks. Those who have photo-taking or video-recording-empowered mobile phones, who are attentive to detail, able to speak Meranaw, Tagalog, and Magindanaw, and are willing to immerse themselves afield for two months will be given preference. English fluency is not required.
Reasonable allowances for food, transportation, communication, and lodging for 62 days, on top of insurance and health care coverage for one year, will be provided equally to the selected survey team members. Please send us your service offer (per day or per month) and preparation dates for a group screening in Iligan City around the 15th of July 2017.
