Skin Graphics for Audio Processing Device

I need a graphics for the skin of the audio processing application. Application is written in visual c++ and skin should be in complete bitmaps, fonts, and all the rest that has to be drawn for the user on the screen.

(narration is in Croatian, so please ignore it and observe what is going on on the UI).

Ideal candidate for this job should have fair experience with User Interface skinning, and at least one such completed job which I will use as a reference.

I have very HIGH standards for graphics, so please, no noob designer biders. You can look at [url removed, login to view] (FirePlay and VideoPhill) to see which design could pass.

So, thank you for reading up to this point. This will be no easy task!

Application before you monitors input level that is brought by a microphone to the PC, and is used to push down input level from audio players such as winamp if the level from the microphone is above certain threshold level.

Application has it's 5 version, and it's time to move it away form gray windows look, and move it into real retro-industrial-hard core motive. That is only a suggestion, but main motivations for the application is that it is serious, and robust. Graphics for it has to show it.

So, please look at the file attached (I left you visio file, and PDF made from it) and see if you are interested. Ask if anything is unclear.

When bidding, please INCLUDE links to your previous work, as I would like what you are capable of doing.

All of the graphics should be made ready for use and properly cut, and sources for graphic files should be made available in photoshop or some other popular graphics tool.

Flexible designs will be favored before fixed ones. Software's nature is that it changes over time. So should its graphics.

I'll also need various other stuff for the application (web, brochures, etc.) so we can go long way here, if YOU are interested.
