ASP PHP Project - Send data from asp code to php api

We currently have a classic ASP shopping cart (ProdutCart by Early Impact) which we use to sell products. (this runs on a windows box)
We recently purchased a new product: ppSD2 by Ascad Networks
We will be using the ppSD2 to manage our Subscriptions that are purchased using our shopping cart. (this code is in php and on a Unix box on the same network our windows box is on)
We need the customers info, billing info and credit card info copied to the new system for renewals.
During the checkout, the code will check to see if 1 particular product was purchased. If it was, it will run the code discussed in this project.
There is some encryption/decryption involved for the credit card information which is what makes this a little difficult for us.
There is a php API that is available - the BIG ISSUE here is that I don't know how to use variables from asp and pass them through to the php API seemlessly.
