Modify existing ASP.NET application, chart control and other changes

Refer to attached video

1. Problem: when a user requests a password reset, the password is too strong.

- Make passwords weaker when re-setting - say 8 characters alpha/numeric only, random string.

The system users the Microsoft ASP.NET membership provider.

2. Problem: printing the charts takes too many steps.

- Make printing graphs quicker by minimising steps. Implement Microsoft Chart control. Allow options to export chart to PDF, Excel, Word. Perhaps use a pop up modal screen? For the date range, use a drop down

(last month, last 2 months, last 3 months, last 6 months, last year, custom) with a custom override for From and To date.

3. Problem: monthly reports need to print with mmm-yy format for x-axis, and in date order.

- Change display of monthly charts X axis to mmm-yy. Make sure the charts are in date order,

4. Problem: when printing multiple chart reports, a Division, Service or Ward has a different chart line

colour for each report. This makes it difficult to compare information.

- Assign specific line chart colours for display. These are stored in the 'HexColour' column in tables Ward, Service and Division.

5. The Divisions, Services and Ward update screen (~\admin\[url removed, login to view]) need ability for user to edit and update colours. We want to use the ajax colour picker control to allow the user to select a colour.

Refer to ~\admin\[url removed, login to view] - this table also has a hexColour column. We need the data entry to use the colour picker control
