Steel structure calculating software - VB.NET, DLL (component) and ASP.NET

The software we need help for is to help construction engineers to calculate steel structures strengh and other factors.

The original software was designed using VB 4 and we want to create a newer and more powerful version with VB.NET as well as having the same software built for Web using ASP.NET (VBScript).

All calculations and formulas have to be built using a DLL component so it can be used in both the desktop software and the Web version (it may be an active X or anything that suits for the job).

The desktop version need to have the ability to check for new versions and check the setup has the right license or serial number.

The web versions need to run very similar as the desktop version using AJAX and/or [url removed, login to view]

**If you speak spanish and or live in Mexico City is a plus but is not neccesary. Everything needs to be delivered in English…is just easier to communicate with a Spanish speaking coder/company but is not required at all.**

**Also we have made some changes on the Word file and those will be added from now on, everytime we make a change on the specifications, on the bottom of the document with a date stamp on it so you don't have to read all the document again.
