We need a clone of "Yahoo answers". We are looking for similar features with modified format. Format will be finalized in discussion with the service provider. This project must be completed and launched thru our server within 30 days of the award of this project.
Though I have selected Windows, MySQL, PHP, JSp, and J2EE, I would like to use the same system tools as that of Yahoo answers. So, please indicate the system tools after reviewing the site.
Payment terms:
First 25 % fee will be paid after the format finalization.
Second 25 % will be paid after running the site thru service provider's server.
Third 25 % will be paid after successful launch thru our server.
Final 25 % will be paid after one month of successful, trouble free operation of the site.
