Modem Recorder

I need a program that will record audio from a voice modem as .wav files, with the ability to take advantage of compression codecs to reduce file size. The program should have a built-in dialer with the ability to save numbers. It should be able to begin recording as soon as the number is dialed, as well as give the user the ability to start and stop recording manually. The program must also give the user the ability to specify the directory in which .wav files will be saved. The program should give the user the ability to play back sound files from within the application. The program should also have a logging function to keep a record of calls recorded. The user interface should be functional and straightforward.

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
