Webcam Recorder / Monitor

Note: the program design/options described below are not absolute if you have better or timesaving ideas. I need an application that can act as webcam surveillance system. It should do the following: 1) Save webcam images to drive 2) Have settings for image quality or frequency 3) "Motion sensor" feature that stops recording if no motion detected (or only save when motion is detected) - this can be turned on/off. 4) Setting to autodelete files after variable number of hours/days, or when folder/file space exceeds a certain number of bytes.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. 4) Manual installation instructions so that buyer can repackage the software with any setup/installation package.
