CMS text editor is broken. Needs to be fixed

Hi basically the CMS editor on my website is not allowing me to edit text properly.

For example it doesn't allow any other colour apart from grey to be used for the text even if you write it in a different colour. This is except for the homepage where it ONLY appears in black.

This problem wasn't actually there in the beginning, because if you see this link:

Before I was able to copy text from another website and paste it exactly as it appeared.

For some reason, now all the text you copy from anywhere appears only in black, and the font also doesn't change.

For example if you try copying the information on the "deliverys" page onto the "payments", you can see how it comes out.

Is there any way to fix this?

I would ideally like any text copied from Word or any other website, to appear exactly the same on the website, be that font style, or colour.

This is a small job, my budget is only $25-30, BUT I will be needing a full time technical guy to work on my website, so there will continuous jobs. Also I would like somebody who can also design websites from scratch, not just be able to fix programming errors, as I need another website to be designed later for another business.

But please remember if you can solve this, I will be using you for many projects in the future. This is just to see your expertise.
