I need someone that can create a weekly e-newsletter in both HTML and text related to lawn care, landscaping, exterior home maintenace, etc. The weekly newsletter should contain one brief article related to lawn care or landscaping and it will be from the perspective of the lawn care service provider. So, the article should tell them what to do, but not necessarily how to do it. Because this project requires both HTML and text format, the winning bidder should be familiar with HTML as the finished product each week must contain both format. The text format should be formatted to 60 characters per line. Also, there should be space provided for a company logo as well one or two other ad spots. The finished product will serve as a template as it will re redistributed to various lawn care businesses, so there should be some generic code that can be easily replaced with a simple find and replace. Prefer native english speaker, but would be willing to allow non-english speaker that can provide samples of completed work that's comparable. I would like to pay no more than $25 per completed message bundle.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

Should compatible with all platforms. HTML and text formats required along with all source code.
