Update Delphi Code

I found a Delphi project on PSC which is a DLL as a keyboard hook used in keyloggers. Is there any way it can be modified where you can have more than one keyboard hook? Meaning, can this dll be used by two programs and both work? Or is that a system rule and no chnages can be made?

I'm using Delphi 5 so needs to recompile in my version. I need this soon. If you can do it, make a demo DLL so I can try first cause I really doubt this can be done. I don't want to use timers, etc. for the other method.

It has a VB6 project included that uses the Delphi dll. But the delphi project is in the zip file also.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
