Hello, I currently have a (static) website and need to redesign it completely. I am looking to develop a fully functional CMS website that will enable us to make changes whenever necessary, without having to revert to the coder. This interface should be easy to use for a layman with any changes made being updated immediately on the website. Overall, the new website must Look Good, Feel Good. Very importantly, the website must upload instantly. Website navigation must be intuitive i.e. must be easy to browse throught the website contents and search for products & data. Website pages must load instantly.
Prouct listings have to be updated. Product catalogues are available with me in pdf format and can be provided. Also, the product range may change from time to time. On selecting a particular product, the customer must be able to input a quantity and other comments and this must be forwarded to our email ID. Search function to be included. Location map. Other basic tabs as per standard. Also, we would also like to have an LME ticker for copper, brass and aluminium. Live ticker not required as license may be mandatory. A regular ticker will suffice. I would appreciate receiving your quote for the same. Thank You.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
