We would like to get a template that we can use on a web site. The template must be easy to manipulate and only contain javascript/html (no flash). Please provide a links to web sites that you have accomplished. We would like: 1. A Template that is fitting to a computer support web site. The template should have a white background with blue outline. 2. Images of "professionals and personal users with computers" smiling. 3. One or two images of a doctor (and nurse) working on a computer with a virus. 4. Top menu with "Home, Services, Products, About Us, Contact Us and Live Chat." 5. Buttons: "More Info (with right-arrow)" and "Buy Now." All buttons should be save in Photoshop format. 6. Content boxes with shading, top bar for caption. Content box images should be saved as vector based art (.svg) NOTE: We need a template that we can easily modify... Please send us some samples that you have done for others.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
