Mambo PHPShop Template

Hello,

I am in need of a graphic artist who can create a Mambo template for my new jewelry store. Mambo maintenance and configuration are not a problem for me but I lack the design skills to create a template that has the artistic sophistication and subtlety required for a jewelry storefront. I am uploading the header image that includes my logo (such as it is). I created it with Illustrator but I will provide it in any format that is needed. Also, I have purchased a mambo menu creation product called LxMenu Pro which the designer may find useful.

I am **not** looking for a template that looks trendy or high-tech, simple elegance is the goal. If you have no talent with a pencil and paper, please don't bid on this project. I can create gradient backgrounds and drop shadows myself. Please don't think I am a complete b*st*rd, I just know what I need. If you can't do a better job than I can, neither one of us is going to be happy in the end. If you feel you can do the job as described please bid.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
