Drupal Template/Website Creation

I want to build an online music sharing community. I found an HTML template that I would like to use as the Drupal template for my site. In short, I need the following HTML template, ported to a Drupal template, with all features intact.

I want users to be able to upload and download audio files, images that correspond to those audio files, (album artwork, band photos, etc), be able to listen to the mp3's without having to download them first, and upload and stream music videos. A site similar to [url removed, login to view], or Launch.com.
