RPG Framework for Facebook Game

Looking for bids on the development of a generic? PHP (Flash also possible) based? RPG Framework for development of games on Facebook.?

Mafia Wars, Farmville? etc on Facebook would be good points of reference but the interface needs to be unique,? simple, and intuative.

All the actions associated with a typical RPG shoudl be available plus? interactions with facebook via the Facebook API.?

Potentially a 3rd party RPG framework, such as the one available here <[url removed, login to view]> could be used as a base, but the UI design would need to be ? worked on a lot. We can provide more information on this.

The ability to customize the framework? for various different games/themse? is essential,? meaning all graphics and textual (localizable elements) need to be? correctly managed. ?
