Web Design - Chennai based

We are programming a web site. We just need a pure designer to to create 2 layouts. One is a general home page, the 2nd is a home page for the users who login to the site. For each layout atleast 3 unique designs must be created from scratch and presented. We may need the designer to make 2-3 rounds of revisions. The final deliverable must be given in html as well as the psd format. Our developers will use it to integrate the design into their programming. Note: we only need a designer and NOT a programmer. We prefer individuals based on Chennai, Tamilnadu, India. If this initial project works well in terms of cost,creativity,flexibility and timely delivery we would consider using that designer for all our projects.
